A Killer Toolbox

Every leader needs a killer toolbox. You can create your own based on your personal leadership philosophy, but as I’ve always said, if you’re going to lead, then you need to read. It’s one thing most leaders overlook. We all try to figure things out on our own, but we need to open our minds up and realize there’s a wealth of wisdom all around us.
