Focusing on dignity has really helped our team become more conscious about each other’s actions. It has raised curiosity and prompted dialogue as to where each of us are coming from. There’s something special about people being appreciated for who they are.

About Joe Kiedinger

Joe is the founder and CEO of Dignify. With over 20 years of experience running a marketing and organizational health company, Joe has seen it all. Having worked with leaders and managers across many industries and through two decades of change, Joe has watched the business environment evolve from the inside, and he knows exactly what people need to excel within it.

Joe takes a unique and energetic approach to the things he teaches. With a flare of excitement and humor, he tackles the complex subject of leadership in a way that leaves audiences refreshed, motivated, and empowered to ignite change.

Leadership Re-Imagined

It’s time to re-think what it means to be a great leader. Joe’s “Leadership Re-Imagined” ideology challenges the traditional leadership model many of us grew up with.

Joe has uncovered a key that connects people quickly… dignity. It means giving people credit for exactly who they are, not who you want them to be.

It means hiring people who are right for your company and the job because of their unique emotional drivers and putting them in a position to succeed from the outset.

It means taking the time to get to know their story so you can humanize and not objectify them.

Dignify Technology

Joe is the inventor of our patented Dignify technology. Having struggled to communicate effectively with his son, Joe came up with the concept while playing a board game. Joe needed to learn to speak Alex’s language and follow his rules of communication if they were going to truly understand one another. That’s how Dignify’s first seed was planted.
