As we near our final ay of our 12 Days of Servant Leadership, trust is the topic that culminates our efforts. Next week I will focus you on the bullseye to trust building. Today, let’s focus on mentoring insead of instructing. Millennial’s especially want a relationship with their leader. It’s time we truly understand the difference between mentoring and instructing.
