As you know, all meetings have been cancelled. We originally cancelled the ZOOM 2-hour S.L.O.W. meeting for March 19th. That original link to Zoom has been deleted.

However, it’s in these times that we hope we can offer words of encouragement and hope.

Therefore, on March 19th from 3:00 p.m. CST – 3:30 CST for the next four weeks, we will hold what we call The 30-Minute S.L.O.W. Down. A chance to slow down and breathe and power up a little with some words of encouragement and techniques that put you in control during uncertainty.

I will be sharing thoughts on how to mentally prepare for Leading in Uncertain Times. We will be focusing on the power of words and how the right words are critically important in this immediate climate.

At our facility, Managers and Supervisors meet once a week to have a “leadership” training. We started watching your webinars (from our desks) because we can’t meet at the conference room during this uncertain time.
