You can decide what events mean!
Psychologists have reported that people, on average, interpret unexpected events as negative. The reality is, events have no meaning, only the meaning you give them!
So, here’s a challenge- for one week, take any comment someone makes or any negative reaction you encounter in yourself to stop, pause- define the meaning as neutral or good and move on.
You will feel alive and free!
