Maybe when you think of Millennials, you don’t automatically think of them as Servant Leaders. You may even have heard Millennials being sarcastically called “ME-lennials”. But my experience says the opposite is true. Millennials and Servant Leadership go together – a combination as complementary as spaghetti and meatballs!
