Relational Capital Was a Hit!

Wednesday, February 1, 2017 - Joe Kiedinger

Our 5th annual Servant Leadership Summit did not disappoint. Ed Wallace from the Relational Capital Group ran this yearsGoalsPassionsStruggles.png workshop. Ed has been on CNBC, is a #1 Best Selling author and works with companies across the country.

One key takeaway for me was listening for a person’s GPS: Goals, Passions and Struggles. When goal setting he focuses you on people. Who are the people and relationships that must be formed to help you attain your goal. Every audience member left with his newest book: The Relationship Engine.

So who are the relationships you need to get after to help you achieve your goals. Ed’s message wasn’t about using people to get what you want, but reminding us that people get things done. It’s our healthy relationships in how we serve others that, ultimately, define our success.
