When you think of celebrating success where you work, what comes to mind? Perhaps your mind goes to the company picnic where the president asks everyone to raise a glass and celebrate a year of success. Maybe your office has a party to celebrate a milestone. Corporate America typically celebrates in big ways. What about celebrating in small ways, but more often?
When a new client partners with Prophit, we ring a gong!
We bang on it and celebrate the partnership in a loud, but short little ruckus that has everyone in the building aware that something special just happened.

It’s easy to celebrate the big things. I challenge you to define and celebrate victories in short, meaningful ways that builds a culture of appreciation and excitement through repetition!
