Culture at Prophit: An Inside Perspective

Thursday, October 26, 2017 - Nathan Walasek

On September 1st, our newest Prophiteer joined the team: Brett Buboltz. I had the opportunity to sit down with Brett and hear a newcomer’s perspective of the company’s culture.

Q: Can you tell me a little about your role here at Prophit?

IMG_2203_edit.jpgA: “As Account Manager, I make sure clients are getting what they need, including new, fresh ideas.”

Q: What drew you to Prophit?

A: “I wanted to do more, so I approached Trevor Ramseier [Director of Business Development]. As I learned more about Servant Leadership and dignify, the principles really resonated with me and I felt it was the right fit.”

Q: What was your first impression when you started working here?

A: “I noticed Prophit has a very open culture and every idea is heard and given weight. I was able to sit down with Joe [Prophit co-owner] for some great conversations and was able to present my ideas. He truly listened and was open to my suggestions.”

Q: How is Prophit different?

A: “At my previous employer, there was some struggle with culture. Here, we truly live our culture. We display our dignify Snapshots and do Check-Ins with each other so we can communicate clearly and effectively.”

Q: What would you like people to know about our company?

A: “People genuinely want to help at Prophit. It’s not a hierarchical organization. I feel like everyone is on a level playing field. It’s also very entrepreneurial in spirit. I feel like I’m encouraged to make things happen here. It’s a fun atmosphere too. Every day at Prophit feels like a Friday!”

Want to feel dignified and validated for who you are? We’re currently seeking a Creative Director to join our team!
