Believe it or not, the holidays are right around the corner, so here’s our gift to you – 12 Days of Servant Leadership! And on the first day of Servant Leadership we’re giving you: Listening!
Do you get credit for how much you care? To positively influence and lead another person know that they don’t care about what you know until they know you care about them. I have had the fortunate opportunity to work with leaders at every level from supervisor to CEO. Many are deeply passionate and care beyond words, but because of how they communiacte they are not always given credit for caring. If you fit this description, I offer you a simple technique to get you credit for how much you care!
