Day three in our twelve-day series focuses on the number one leadership attribute as discovered by Jim Collins in his book Good to Great. Jim interviewed dozens of CEO’s anticipating much different results as their inherent leadership style. The level-five leaders (as he calls top leaders of influence), were not eclectic, charismatic or extremely charming, as he hypothesized. Instead he discovered quite the opposite as the #1 trait of these leaders.
