I have been studying Walt Disney and the Disney Company for well over a decade. Hollywood Studios has a museum dedicated to Walt with a movie on his life. In the documentary, Walt is interviewed. He shares that he wishes a good failure for all young people. It’s the greatest gift to unleash one’s true potentional.
