Do you feel you can make a difference as a Servant Leader? Have you heard about Steve Thiry? He’s an average guy doing extraorinary things as the Assistant Police Chief of the Fond du Lac Police Department. Bringing Servant Leadership principles to life in a private company is one thing, doing it in a public organization is completely another. I talked to Steve after he presented at our S.L.O.W. event. His speed, Emotional Survival: Finding meaning and purpose in the workplace through Servant Leadership, was very inspiring.
