Last One’s a Rotten Egg

Picture this. Your leadership at work just announced a mandatory in-person training that is two weeks away. If it’s anything like the last stogy, boring training you just might perish from boredom.
The day arrives and you begrudgingly pull up at the address provided. Except it’s just a quiet alleyway downtown. That’s odd. You park and notice you co-workers filing in down the road. Coffee in hand, you begin to chat and wonder if you’d all been given the wrong address.
Suddenly, a luxury, limousine-style bus pulls into the alleyway and your eyes widen. Your boss steps off and shouts, “Get on! Last one’s a rotten egg!” With growing excitement, you step on board and are greeted with Bloody Marys and mimosas as the classic rock pumps and you drive off to a surprise locale.
So, maybe this isn’t your typical training after all.
Why not add a little delight to your company’s next training or culture-building event? With our new Leadership Adventures offerings, you will give them an experience they’ll never forget.
With our own team, we’ve illustrated real-life business lessons in an entertaining way. A few years back we broke our staff into competing teams at Chuck E. Cheese to show how each and every one of us has the power to affect our balance sheet. Now we’re bringing the same approach to your office.
Why not bring your Core Values to life with a day trip to illustrate integrity, trust or flexibility? Not only will your team benefit from the bonding experience, but they’ll have the lesson seared into their memory in a very positive way.
