It’s ok to fudge the truth sometimes.
Let’s face it, we all must work with people who are wired very differently than us. Our egos make it easy to judge them, and their thinking, as being inferior to ours.
You know the old adage, ‘don’t judge a book by its cover’? Yes, we do that too.
Instead of doing what’s easy, do what most are afraid to do. Get a little uncomfortable. Reach out with an olive branch to get to know someone you don’t really like.
It’ll even raise your emotional intelligence when you do.
