Giving Your Purpose Wings!

Purpose-directed communication is something we are very proud of here at Prophit. What we mean by ‘purpose-directed communication’ is how a company communicates their purpose to employees and to the marketplace.
You see, people don’t buy what you sell, they buy why you sell it. In other words, your higher purpose. I see many companies coming up with a very meaningful and powerful purpose statement. That is critical. It should be something that speaks to the heart and moves people to take action.
However, they fail to create a strategy to share their purpose. A strategy is built by key members of the company’s leadership. A meaningful purpose fuels a healthy culture. A healthy culture is deliberately planned and calculated. In other words, it’s strategized.
Don’t bother getting a room full of leaders together to take the time to develop a meaningful purpose if you don’t plan on spending the time to calculate and strategize its delivery to your targets.
Strategy is a critical piece of building a great culture built on a central purpose.
