Just Be – A New Year’s Resolution
Wednesday, January 2, 2019 - Joe Kiedinger
Well, here we are again, the New Year. Time for resolutions, right? How many Americans will focus on weight loss or getting in shape? I know I am one of those people. Here’s an idea that very few people focus on, and yet can make the biggest difference in yourself and your relationships. It’s called self-awareness.
Self-awareness is a skill. Those who have the courage to face themselves increase their emotional intelligence ten-fold. Those who are self-aware stop blaming others and, instead, focus on what they can do to improve the situation.
It’s a journey of being a victor instead of a victim. It’s accountability at its highest source. Improving relationships both personally and professionally begins with you.
This year, our Servant Leadership Summit welcomes Mark Freier. Mark will be spending the morning helping you recalibrate you. All you have to do is just be. Be present to hear information that you’ve never heard before.
I have done it myself and the journey (of five years) has been life-altering. I no longer have fear, anxiety or stress in my life. I’m at a peace with who I am and where I’m heading. I wish this for you too in the New Year.
Join us in January for Mark’s session called “Recalibrate You!” Yeah, now that’s a New Year’s Resolution that benefits everyone around you… especially you!
